Q. How should I care for my ceramics?
A. Before first use, hand wash your ceramics in soapy water, rinse, and air dry. I recommend hand washing in lukewarm water, as it is gentler than using a dishwasher. Avoid exposing your ceramics to rapid temperature changes, as this may cause them to crack or chip.

Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. Production time varies between 3 and 7 business days, depending on workload. Each piece requires a delicate and time-consuming process to ensure quality. Once the item is ready, I will ship it via one of our courier services. If your purchase is time-sensitive, please contact me at contact@emmapalacio.com before placing your order to coordinate a suitable delivery date. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Q. Is your packaging sustainable?
A. Yes, all orders are packed using recyclable paper, water-soluble corn chips, and paper tape. We kindly ask customers to recycle or reuse the packaging to reduce landfill waste.
Q. What should I do if I receive a broken or cracked item?
A. While I pack every order with extreme care, breakage can occasionally occur during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact me at contact@emmapalacio.com to arrange a replacement.
Q. Which delivery service do you use?
A. I use UPS or DHL within the European Union, depending on availability.
Q. How can I track my order?
A. Once your order ships from my studio, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 8 business days of placing your order, please contact me at contact@emmapalacio.com.
Q. Do you ship outside the European Union?
A. Yes, I do. Currently, the website only offers automated shipping for orders within the EU. If you are outside the EU and wish to make a purchase, please contact me at contact@emmapalacio.com. I will gladly assist you in arranging your order and shipping personally.
